As we journey to connect and build the tech community for Vietnamese professionals in Australia, ITPA has entered its 5th year of growth, thanks to the dedication of our BOD, Representatives, and the support of our members. Aiming to expand and strengthen our association, ITPA is thrilled to announce the appointment of seven excellent, dynamic and passionate State Representatives, representing six states in Australia and one city in Vietnam.

Each of these individuals is a seasoned IT professional eager to contribute to the advancement of the ITPA community. We hope that they will organize many valuable activities and events to foster stronger connections among the whole community and bring members closer together in their states.
Tasmania
I’m Kevin Duong, currently working as an Educational Technologist at the University of Tasmania, Torrens University, and AQ1 Systems. My job involves designing training programs, providing eLearning solutions, building course websites, and managing learning systems.
I have many projects in mind to implement for members in Tasmania because I see that people here are somewhat disadvantaged in terms of opportunities compared to other states, like organizing professional events to connect experts, businesses, government organizations in Tasmania with Vietnamese students; supporting first-year students in IT career orientation.
Of course, we can’t forget about organizing other recreational activities to strengthen the camaraderie and spirit of unity among fellow Vietnamese. Stay tuned for upcoming events in Tasmania.
