- Established the Innovation Capability of Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, focusing on developing frameworks, management processes, and a pipeline for innovative initiatives.
- Took the digital eyecare referral platform - Oculo - from an idea to market. Revenio Group acquired it in 2021 for an AU$18.5M valuation.
