As an Account Executive at Y-corporation, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our clients. You’ll serve as the main point of contact between our company and our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your role will be critical in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling our products/services.
  • Account Planning: Develop account plans and strategies for growth. Identify key decision-makers within client organizations and establish rapport.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
